Arts Education Policy Review Special Issue
With research conducted from March - July 2020, this special issue of Arts Education Policy Review, titled “Responding to Crisis: Disruption and Innovation in Community-Based Arts Education Programs for Youth” was co-edited by Jeff M. Poulin and Dennie Palmer Wolf. It was published in Fall 2020. Within the issue, Jeff co-authored the introduction, “When questions are our best answers: responding to the impact of COVID-19 on community-based arts education organizations: a special issue of Arts Education Policy Review,” and authored a theoretical framework and reporting of findings from the body of work, “Responding to crises: constructing a response through organizational change.”

Published in 2018 by Sellers Publishing, Jeff M. Poulin was featured in “21 Things to Do When You Turn 21” alongside NASA astronaut Anna McClain, TONY Award Winners Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, illustrator Emily McDowell, Stanley Cup Winner Brian Dumoulin, and others.

In the wake of the Marjorie Stoneman Douglas High School Shooting in Parkland, FL in February 2018, Jeff M. Poulin published a blog on ARTSblog about the artistic response of students and the community.
State Policy Pilot Program: Summary Findings and Final Report
Published in November 2017 by Americans for the Arts, this final report from the State Policy Pilot Program (2015-2017) evaluates the initiative and concludes with observations of four macro-themes, five policy trends, six advocacy trends, and recommendations for future work. The report was authored by Jeff M. Poulin.
