Dancing Classrooms DC

In June 2019, Jeff M. Poulin joined the board of directors of Dancing Classrooms DC.

Launched in 1994, Dancing Classrooms is an arts education program that uses ballroom dance to develop social skills and enhance academic success for 5th grade students.

In the Spring of 2012, Dancing Classrooms Washington D.C. was formed. Dancing Classrooms District of Columbia launched residencies in three D.C. area schools and is working hard to create the organizational foundation to sustain its commitment to bring the Dancing Classrooms magic to more school children across the region.

Jeff is currently leading the board through a strategic planning process to determine a future for the organization’s impact in the District of Columbia.
